Architect Rafael Vinoly, designing a skyscraper of 84 floors 432 park avenue in Manhattan-New York, who should be the greatest residential building in the western hemisphere. The skyscraper will be 1396 feet high. So far they have already built a few floors but according to a report by The New York Times all flats sold so far. The cheapest apartment in this building, with an area of 33m costs 59$ million.
