We often heat that the breakfast is the most important meal of the day, because it gives us energy and nutritive goods which we need for good health and concentration at work, at school, on university or at home. But, the breakfast is not less important for the health and the maintenance of the proper weight. It helps us not to overeat. If we had a good breakfast, we won’t look for snacks during the day until lunch.

2. Drink water during the day

The water is the best protection from overeating. When the body is dehydrated, you feel like you are very hungry. The water with lower your appetite.

3. Don’t make yourself to try from everything that is on the holiday table.

Little bit of this, little bit of that, and you can quickly overeat.

4. Be careful with the use of alcohol
