The nutrition should include food rich with phytoestrogens (soy, flax seed, red grapes, and hops), polyunsaturated fat acid, and vitamins A and E. these minerals have positive influence of the general condition of the breast.

1 cucumber (grated), ad in it egg yolk, then add 4-5 drops of olive oil.
